Regarding Residence Permit

Dear Students,

Please note that as we are currently in the registration period, the residence permit applications will only be taken on Wednesdays with appointments.

Below you may find the required documents to bring along while coming to the International Office:

1. Current valid Residence Permit (only for renewal/transfer applications)

2. Passport photocopies (main pages + last entrance stamp)

3. Student Certificate in Turkish (can be obtained from Haliç Student Affairs Office)

4. Valid Health Insurance

5. Digital Version of your Biometric Photograph (for your online application)

Below you may find all the required documents to submit to the Immigration Authority for a Student Residence Permit:

1. Current valid Residence Permit (only for renewal/transfer applications)

2. Passport photocopies (main pages + last entrance stamp)

3. Student Certificate in Turkish (can be obtained from Haliç Student Affairs Office)

4. Valid Health Insurance

5. (4) biometric photographs (along with the digital/soft copy)(The photograph that will be used for the residence permit transactions must be biometric and taken according to the ICAO standards within the last six months.)

6. Receipt of the Application Form (can be obtained after the application is made) – Tax Office / Ziraat Bank

7. Rental Agreement

8. Three Petitions to be taken from the International Office

9. Consent Letter + Birth Certificate (Only for the applicants under 18 – Translated & Notarized)*
