You can use the Document Request Webpage to make requests for Student Certificates and Transcripts, either in English or Turkish. The Document Request Webpage also displays the list of the documents that you have previously requested.
NOTE: Use the Turkish Version Site for better responses.
In order to request a Student Certificate (English/Turkish) from your OBS System, you should login with your username (Haliç University ID Number/ Password of your OBS System).
After entering the OBS System, you can choose “Kullanıcı İşlemleri” and then “Belge Talebi” which translates to Document Request.
On the Document Request page, you’ll have the option to choose the
“Requesting Institution Name / Talep Eden Kurum Adı” and the “Request Reason / Talep Nedeni”.
If you need it for personal reasons, you may just type “Personal/Kişisel“
After filling the relevant information, you may press on “Belge Talebi Gönder/ Send Document Request”
You can keep track of the document you have requested via this table. The state of the document will be displayed in this table.
Documents requested with E-Signature can be downloaded from the link subsequent to being completed by the Student Affairs Office.
Each document will have a limited time for the student to download, so once the Student Affairs Office approves your document, an email will be sent to your personal email that you registered with, so you must download it as soon as possible before it expires.
