English Proficiency Exam For Newly Registered Students (20th-21st October)

Dear Students,

For students who were unable to take the first (8–9 September), second (15-16 September), and third (29-30 September) English Proficiency Exams of the 2025–2026 Academic Year due to valid reasons, an additional exam will be held on 20-21 October 2025. 

Eligible students:

• • Newly enrolled students in the 2025-2026 Academic Year.

Exam Information

• • Passing Score: 70

• • Start Time: 2:15 PM

• • Location: Block 2 Classrooms (5th and 6th floors)

• • Classroom Assignments: Available on the notice boards on the 4th floor.

Exam Dates and Structure

• • October 20, 2025: Session 1 – Test + Writing

• • October 21, 2025: Session 2 – Speaking

After the first session (October 20), students who qualify for the second session (October 21) will be notified via email on the same day.

Test Format

The exam consists of 100 questions in 4 main sections:

1. 1. Listening: 20 questions

1. 1. Reading: 20 questions

1. 1. Vocabulary: 20 questions

1. 1. Grammar & Structure: 40 questions.

It is essential that students activate their university email accounts.
