Summer School Financial Procedures

  • Summer school tuition fee payments will be made accordingly with the taken course credits.
  • Course credit fees; 400 TL for associate degree (vocational) courses and 650 TL for undergraduate courses. The fee for 1 module of English Preparatory Program is 7.500 TL.
  • Payments cannot be made in installments.
  • Cash payments will not be accepted.
  • Do not use ATMs for your payments.
  • There is no scholarship/discount for summer school payments.
  • Payment procedures will start when the course registrations are opened and will end on July 07, 2022.

Summer School Registration Steps

  • Check the credits of the courses you want to apply for from the announced course schedule.
  • Check that the courses you want to apply for do not exceed the ECTS limit, do not exceed the course limit and check the course overlap status.
  • Calculate the fee by multiplying the Total Credit of the courses you will register to by multiplying the mentioned credit fee.
    •  Example calculation:
      • Associate Program; Total Number of Credits (6) * Credit Fee (400 TL) / 6*400 = 2.400 TL
      • Undergraduate Program ; Total Number of Credits (6) * Credit Fee (650 TL) / 6*650 = 3.900 TL
      • English Prep; 1 Module Fee / 7.500 TL
  • Payment methods
    • Payment to Bank Account by EFT/Transfer
      • Kindly make the total payment of the courses you will apply for by EFT/Transfer to the bank account below.
      • Attach your payment receipt and write the total credits of the courses you will apply for and send an e-mail to ogrencimuhasebesi@halic.edu.tr.
      • Financial transactions to be made by e-mail will be resulted and responded within the same day.
      • After the completion of your financial transactions, complete your course selection and finalization procedures.
    • Payment by Credit/Debit Card
      • Pay the total fee of the courses you will apply for by coming to the Student Financial Affairs unit with a Credit/Debit Card.
      • After the completion of your financial transactions, complete your course selection and finalization procedures.
  • In case the courses you apply for are not opened, the fee you have paid will be refunded to you after the completion of the course selection process. Students who want to request a refund must apply with a written petition.
