According to the decisions taken by the authorized boards of our university as a result of the evaluation made at the Higher Education General Assembly meeting dated 30.03.2023 regarding the education process of the spring semester of the 2022-2023 education period, based on the letter dated 31.03.2023 and numbered E-75850160-104.01.01.01.01-23957 of the Council of Higher Education Presidency Education and Training Department,
For the spring semester of the 2022-2023 academic year;
- With the distance education currently being implemented, all of the courses will be given face-to-face in the classrooms without the obligation of attendance.
- Midterm exams of online courses in the spring semester will be held online with distance education methods based on the principle of “transparency and auditability”.
- The midterm exams of the “practical courses” postponed to April will be held face-to-face on the dates to be announced by the decision of the faculty / school boards to be held after May 15, 2023.
- As of April 03, 2023, the applications of theoretical courses (laboratory, workshop, project/field studies, etc.) and applied courses (laboratory, workshop, project/field studies, internship, workplace practices, etc.) will be held face-to-face.
- Exams such as end-of-semester (final/make-up), single course, grade improvement, thesis monitoring, proficiency exam, and thesis defense exams will be held face-to-face on the dates to be announced.
