We are pleased to announce that the Provincial Directorate of Migration Management (Göç İdaresi) in cooperation with Haliç University will be bringing the MobilGöç (Mobile Migration Point) service directly to our campus!
This mobile service allows our international students to complete essential legal residency registration procedures conveniently without needing to visit the main Migration Management offices.

During this visit, international students will be able to complete:

Address Registration (Nüfus / Adres Beyanı): Official registration and updating of your current residential address in the civil registry database.

Biometric Data Collection (Fingerprinting / Parmak İzi): Mandatory fingerprinting and biometric identification procedures required for your Student Residence Permit processes.
