TEACHING STAFF MOBILITY
Within the ERASMUS Program, lectures who belong to the teaching body ( at least being part-time lecturer) of Halic University, have the opportunity to take a Teaching Staff Mobility position at an ERASMUS partner university.
The goal of this program is to give teachers the opportunity to develop in their career and personal life. Also it aims to encourage universities to enhance the quality and quantity of course offers and to consolidate the cooperation between ERASMUS partners.
General Rules and Requirements
There must be a valid mutual Agreement on teaching Staff Mobility in place between the Halic and its partner university which must hold a valid EU Charta.
A teaching contract must comprise 5 class hours for a minimum stay of 5 days
The grant amounts that awarded from the European Union's Erasmus funds is available on the National Agency web site. www.ua.gov.tr
Basis for cost refund are the actual costs incurred in accordance with the travel cost
In case that you apply for funding for one week of staff mobility, you must show the program that the activities regarding the staff mobility amount to five full workdays.
The informal application must include:
- First and last names of the applicant
- Topic of the teaching position
- Period of the teaching position
- Amount of class hours
- Partner university information
- Approval by the DEAN via signature

Staff will receive an EU grant as a contribution to their costs for travel and subsistence during the period abroad as follows:
